Skills for Health is a not-for-profit organisation that provides education and training for the healthcare workforce, to provide staff with the skills they need to improve patient care.

They have a number of resources available to the NHS and to independent and voluntary organisations.

Their Cancer Communications Interactive Resource has been developed as a guide for those who care for people affected by cancer.

But they point out that the guide is also good practice, when working with and caring for people with other health and long-term conditions.

The SAGE & THYME Foundation Level workshop is listed on the Communication Resource Hub as communication training that can help staff:
